What began as an idea to create a unique mixed-use development in Guelph, has now grown into a vibrant business community. The Junction is home to some of the area’s most forward-thinking businesses and as the builder of The Junction, Granite Homes is proud to call it home.
The Granite Homes head office and Design Studio is located in the former CN Rail building, which has undergone an adaptive reuse and renovation project. The Junction, which includes a second newly constructed building and a third building currently under construction, is also home to private offices, coworking spaces and a popular brewpub.
A strong initiative of The Junction is to create a destination that promotes culture, creativity and innovation for both businesses and community members. By encompassing outdoor public spaces, art displays and events, The Junction has become an urban destination that reflects the lively atmosphere of its businesses and the neighbouring area.
