Our new location was selected for it’s close proximity to Guelph’s scenic parks, prime retail shopping, and convenient access to major commuter routes. Our professionals completed a thorough marketing analysis to better understand the purchasers’ lifestyle requirements.

A concept was then designed and engineered to create this one of kind community.
